1 Tbsp butter
2 slices white bread
2 slices American cheese
2 strips of cooked bacon
1 generous drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey
Directions
Spread half the butter onto one side of each slice of bread and place, butter-side down, in a skillet.
Place one slice of American cheese on top of each.
Cook sandwich in the skillet over medium heat until cheese melts and the bread is golden brown, about 2 1/2 minutes.
Add bacon, drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey, stack the slices and serve.
